Trend-Plus is the only monitoring service to analyse trends in your service availability. This allows us to notify you of detoriating service without waiting for the service to become fully unresponsive. Trend-Plus builds a detailed profile of your service/website, understands the trends in your service availability hour by hour, day by day, and then uses this information to alert you to exceptions. Examples:
- Web Sites: Your website averages a 4 second load time, then suddenly it's taking 12 seconds to load. Your losing valuable customers. You need our alerts.
- E-commerce sites: Intelligent alerts if your orders on a Saturday (usually your busiest day), drop or increase significantly compared to the previous Saturday. Our SMS alert allows you to investigate.
- Events: On a Sunday evening you get 500 new orders. You weren't aware your website was mentioned on a popular TV programme. There's a huge backlog of orders building up. Our SMS alerts you that it's gonna be a busy week!

The above graph shows an example transaction monitor for Acme Ltd. The blue line represents the actual transactions each day. Acme Ltd have asked to be notified if there is a 200,000 increase or decrease in transaction volumes compared to the previous week. You'll notice that the graph shows a regular drop in transactions over the weekend. Should the transaction volumes exceed the notification settings, an email and/or SMS would be issued.
TrendPlus builds a trend profile for each hour and each day, allowing you to set triggers for hour changes as well as day based changes.
